I'm in this country, where in people tend to work less because compensation may not be equal to their effort of working. What is your point of view about this? more work and less compensation?isn't it unfair?

Everybody works for a living. Unless I am filthy rich then I can offer my services for free. No I don't think I can afford to spare my time without compensation when my stomach is crying for food.

As well as me, cause we do work to have enough for our basic needs. If only we are that rich then we can share it to everyone.=)

Hi Bingster_6, I do not know that what compensation is in your country ? In my country, compaensation is money you can get after you designed the job and that money will be paid by Insurance Service. Or if you are sacked by employers without reasons, you can get enough salary from time you are off until present time.

Same on whats on your mind, but here, you work with less compensation ,like ,your work that your in is done by three people, meaning employer must be hire three people instead of one, what happened is you triple time your effort and paid less.=( and who to blame?
