We all have those moment wherein we wanted to get away or release all the stress in our system. I usually get a good sleep first and watch good movies, this relaxes me somehow. How about you how would handle a stressful situation?

It depends on the level of being burned out. There are those stressful situations that I can still handle. There are those slightly higher level of stress that only binge eating or walking it off could handle. Then there are also those kind of burnt out situations that only sleep could handle. I do have a high stress threshold so most of big stuff can still be manageable. But when things are piled up with the pressure from a lot of people and added with a bit of frustration, then the only cure for that is a good rest. I would have a clearer mind and perspective once I wake up. Only then would I know what to do.^_^

Yes I do the same. I make sure I set aside at least a week. A whole week of nothing. I even go as far as turning off my phone so no one disturbs me. Some days in that week I won't turn anything on and keep a whole day of silence. Some days catch up on exercise. Anything to get me back to the normal balance of the world. Then when the week's up, I turn my phone on again and look at all the angry texts.
