what should Roy Hodgson do?

I think Hodgson should fix his squad rist, meaning he should source other key players and not really depends on Torres and Gerrard.. Liverpol will be best if one or two of them playing well but getting worst if both not perform well.. So the key still how they able to purchase good players on january transfer windows.. have a nice day and happy mylotting..

After another listless performance against Everton in the Mersey side derby, I am pretty sure that Roy Hodgson is treading on thin ice. If Liverpool do not arrest the slide next week, then I think he will be off very soon. I think he must be hoping to some how reach the January transfer window and then hope to get enough funds to try and turn this around. But January is still a long way off. Cheers! Ram

I dont think Roy is the problem. He did a wonderful job at fulham this time last year. I think the boardroom and ownership issue is taking its toll on the players. Imagine having to go to work in a company that is stable and is on the verge of collapsing.
