Does anybody have any idea why each time I sign into MyLot, my screen resolution changes from High to Low so that the letters are like 2 inches big? It's been happening for about a week now and its a pain because I have to go into my control panel under personalizations and change it back to high so that the screen font returns to regular size. I've never seen this before and am hoping that someone can tell me why and how I can fix it permanently..Very strange..Any help is greatly apprecited, as always..J

I really do not know what has happened there and I hope that someone has been able to help you
Personally I would have restored the Laptop to the Day before and see if that sorted it out but I have no clue what happened there Sweetie

will you tell me what browser your using? firefox, internet explorer, chrome and so on?

Hi Ronan..I'm using Explorer. Font is set to New Times Roman. I don't know how to check the page setup in Exp..Do you?

this might depend on the version of explorer your using but up the top of the browser is the button VIEW, if you press that in the drop down menu youll see TEXT SIZE, maybe its as simple as that.
Is this problem only on my lot?
Maybe its a setting you changed on my lot?

if its firefox try this, login to mylot press the tools drop down menu at the top of the page(top of browser) hit options, hit content, set it to times new roman and to size 16. hit ok.
If that didnt do it then press file - page setup - tick the box that says shrink to fit.

I have never had that problem, at least not to that extent. I stay signed in on my new laptop, so that does not really have a bearing on it, if I am on the lap top. I hope you can find some help here for this.
