Mukesh Ambani the Chairmen of Reliance Industries, India's wealthiest man and the worlds forth richest man has desire to built himself a 27 story skyscraper for his home. The plans for the house is estimated to total 1 billion US dollars, WOW! This isn't to be negative towards Mr. Ambani for building such an over the top home, it is his money but to ask you what would you do with a 27 story skyscraper for a personal home. I cannot even imagine living in such a large house. Is calling this a large house an understatement? http://blogs.forbes.com/francescalevy/2010/10/14/mukesh-ambani-skyscraper-mansion-carlos-slim-billionaires/

no. its more like a big maze rather than a house. I'd get stuck in one of the rooms and die trying to figure out a way out. lol.

For a billion dollars I would think that the building would at lest look impressive.

That's not a house, it's a monstrosity but I guess it's probably not that large compared to the guy's apparently humongous ego! All I know is I'd get lost in it for sure, but then I can get lost in Wendy's Annie

Anybody consider it's the wife wanting it? You ladies sometimes get carried away. We men and our wallets don't stand a chance.

Wow, imagine how much he'll have to spend on maintenance and cleaning!! I don't know what I would do with such space. I guess if I had all that money I would move my family in there--all of them!--and I'd still have most of the place empty. I'd have to put the excess space to use so I'd open some spaces for community service. I can't imagine. It's like having a whole city to yourself!

Heck he has to hire 600 people just to maintain the place.

I couldn't even imagine. I would always feel lost or alone. There would be a plus side to having 27 floors, when the kids are fighting there could be 26 floor separating them LOL
