I find myLot boring today...Why??

it happens. but maybe it could be the weather, too, giving us this feeling of laziness

I feel that way sometimes and when I do, I leave the page for a while and work. Then I come back to mylot and look some more for topics. Like you and some of the mylotters here, I could not participate at times because I know nothing of the topic or don't know how to respond to a topic. At times I get insecure about responding I don't respond at all. It could be just a mood and the enthusiasm will come back. I know I do.

I find interesting.But the number of visitors and the posts seems to have decreased from what it was a year or two back.

gaiza I think sometimes people have too high expectations of us mylotters as most of us are just average people, not many celebrities or publishe authors or scintillating talk show hosts our discussions will not be really exciting like something on television or the movies. b ut if you make some friends and learn new ideas and customs from around the world you will begin to enjoy us plain people with "gentle hearts who love and live in my home town" I just borrowed a quote from an old song.I do find a lot of interesting discussions and of course some I cannot give intelligent answers to like ones on soccer and cricket as I know nothing about the game. And technical ones slanted to those who have degrees in Itt.but I am saying most of us are just ordinary people. I do find my stay here not a bit boring aS I only respond to my mylot friends when I can help or add to something and I respond to lots who are not in my mylot friends list.today did not seem boring to me as I live in the real world, not the movie or tV world. I just do not expect to respond to best sellers here.

why so. Seems you woke up too early. most of mylotters sleep very late as they spend time on my lot beyond midnight. If you feel air is not fresh, breathe out some freshness from yourself Let others feel fresh due to you.

Hello gaiza. If can't find the discussion which is your interest, you can create them :) I used to feel bored when I'm on mylot. But now, It don't occur :)

Sometimes this situation comes when we don’t find any good discussion here. So then we feel sometimes bored. But when I don’t find any discussion for responding then I try to started many new discussions. Because then we can start some good discussion or you may take some rest and after comes again you may try for works again here.

Well... Yeah... That stuff happens man... There's no denying it, continuously answering the same questions here in myLot can become quite boring. What I did to change the mood was wait for half a year, and then find some interesting discussions, because the motivation of money became so big... Me, I almost never get notifications, so I just have to try to find some new discussions to squeeze into, and hopefully be part of it more than with just one respond. And that mostly doesn't happen... Maybe I should start making my own discussions a little bit more actively... What do you think?

yeah sometimes its really boring..

Everything after sometimes will get us bored. So, we need to do something about it if we want to continue. I usually find 0 post and try to make the first response on them. It's fun.

Yes, sometimes, there are days that I don't find any interesting discussion. So, I dig and dig unti I find one (even if its 2 to 3 months old! ). But, if you really can't find one - start one!

i find myself in this same situation quite a bit. some days i find myself on mylot and i can not respond to any discussion or can't start one of my own. i guess i would call that just one of them days. i think a lot of people feels this way. but only certain people choose to express this feeling. good luck!

So far i haven't experienced this in myLot, but i did in another forum. What i did was just to log out and wait for a few minutes or hours and then came back if there are interesting things. I don't find this in myLot because there are just so many things to be discussed starting from my own interest and the latest posts. If i don't find anything interesting from the posts of others, I try to make my own post from my interest.

maybe you are r ight. if you stay here for a long time surfing, chatting, writing, do the easy job like this. everyone will feel boring likeyou. If you can go out of your house and do some interesting activities, then you have more sources of writing and topic, it will be so fun.
