hi chipesterkhan maybe you should have listened to your body and stayed home today if you were feeling ill.I am so glad we are all here for you and if you feel worse tomorrow call in sick go to bed sleep and take chicken noodle soup.Listen to me talking like an old aunt or something but you are not doing your coworkers any good by sharing your germs with them.I myself seemed to have picked up a cold after the rest of my tablemates shared theirs with me.

I'm already starting to feel this. I haven't started working on my desk, yet I feel tired already. I think this is what they call burn out. Stress is the major cause of this, reinforced by lack of motivation from superiors or from the job itself. Also, the routine of the job itself contributes to this drudgery. A solution for this would be to take a leave from your work a couple of days or weeks to get some r & r. Or try out a hobby that would make you look forward for something to do. It could spark some renewed interest in your job. Or try looking for other opportunities for a change of pace and environment.

I never really had to drag myself out of bed to go to work. I was always able to find some kind of motivation to complete the task.

I feel that too many times. There are times that I feel really sad, frustrated, and irritated in my work...

i feel exactly the same. The 8-hour shift seems to last forever & every time i think of going to work, I sometimes break into tears. So dragging & demotivated that I would sometimes wish I'm sick so I can have a valid excuse for not coming to work. I turn to mylot pouring out my emotions & such a big help.

ok breaking into tears may be quite extreme... you might want to go talk to someone about that like your boss or co worker or someone who is fairly mature and knows how to listen

I am the same way most of the time. I have to get up around 6 every morning and hardly ever get to bed early so I always feel tired and never want to even get up sometimes.

I had this problem in the Spring Quarter at college. I was forcing myself to get out of bed every single morning. I was even getting to the point where I began to sleep for 12 hours a day. I hated it. I wanted to stay awake and I couldn't.

in this cool weather? oh its really hard to get out of bed. i also need to get up early for my mother's therapy. i am still sleepy but luckily my wife gave me a good cup of coffee that made me realize today is an important day. she gets therapy three times a week and since we are only two son present we need to be with her to carry her. other brother lives abroad. why not eat or drink something hot or chili hot to awake you.

I always felt that way, well almost everyday because I really feel lazy everyday. I dont want to get out of my bed and just sleep for the whole day. But I have to get up and go to work especially now that i have my baby and i am just the only one who support her.

I sometime experience being lazy in going to work. Today was one of them since its so nice to over sleep with a very cold weather. I really drag myself out of bed but not in the sense of crawling my way to the bathroom..ehehe. I really force myself to take a bath and be ready for work.

I also had the same feeling today, it was raining hard and to cold to wake up and take a bath. I partly hate being at work but happy to finally face my computer and surf the net and earn money online like hanging around here in Mylot.
