Is money bumper - legit?

Hey guys, i came across a site called moneybumper.com where you get paid for bumping sites. Per day , you can bump a maximum of 5 sites. For every site you will earn 2 cents. The payout limit is 15$. I just want to know whether that site is scam or legit? please post your views.

I would be careful if I were you. I've seen other discussions on MyLot where a lot of MyLot users are calling it a "scam" and saying that it doesn't pay. I don't know which is the truth, because Ive never tried the site myself, but be wary of it. I don't think I'd join it if I had any doubt that it might be a scam.
