Are there sites that pays you for "download"? I don't know anyone Don't you meant upload files and make others download them?

If you are asking for a site specially set up that pays you to download, the answer is no. Yet, if you go to some short task sites, there are people putting up offer that pays you to download some files. You may go there to take a look.
