I've been here on mylot for more than 3 years already and I experience many times one of my post deleted because of guidelines violations but even it happen many still I am here. I didn't felt any upset with the admin of mylot because they didn't delete it if it wasn't against on their guidelines. With this experience I am very careful in posting my own discussions. Before I click the button to post it, I think first if I didn't violate the guidelines. How about you fellow mylotters, what do you felt when you post deleted by the admin?

Oh god yes I get mad but its not because of what I'm doing wrong or breaking the guidelines but instead usually mine get erased because I have answered a discussion that was against the guide lines or something. Sometimes I understand but when we take the time to give a quality response and it gets erased, well I think that's totally unfair especially if we didn't do anything. Oh well I guess there is bugs in every system.

When I just started posting in mylot, I did experience few deletion of my posts. My post was violating the rules. For me, I never feel bad. But starting from that time, I should be more caution about the rules. I just worried those would be the excuses to forfeit my hard earned money. Anyhow, I am more comfortable with the terms and conditions of mylot now. The deletions were happened only when the discussions which I responded to were deleted. These were not my fault. ha! ha! ha! Good luck to all of us.

hi julyteen if in three years here you have not yet read the guidelines you deserve to that a post deleted lol no really if you and allof us wou ld just read the guidelines we wou ld none of us make discussions that are deleted. is it not more fun to make more earnings and enjoy mylottin without getting a lot of discussions deleted? Ihave never had any post deleted for my breaking the rules but have had a lot of responses deleted because someone does not bother reading the guidelines. why experience that at all if you can get the information that will save you from having posts deleted. be chosy which discussions you respond to and know the gu idelines, read them for yourself please.

I don't feel upset - I believe that they have had a good reason to delete the post or the discussion. But I would like to know why becuase it's not always clear. I still can't understand how to ask about this.

I have been here more than 3 years also, but was not active for some time and coming back. I have experienced also that my discussion was deleted due to violation. Even when my discussion has been deleted, I do not feel bad at all. I know and I was convinced that the reason for deletion is fair and valid to me, that's why. Besides, it is Mylot's prerogative to do that.

I experienced this once. Well, I was a little bit on the neutral side, but of course more on the dejected side and I also feel sorry for those who commented on my post as they had to get part of their earnings forfeited just because of me.

Hi julyteen! I take every deletion seriously. And I hope to learn why so that I do not make the same mistake. Unfortunately, sometimes the reasons were quite ambiguous.

Hmm. I think it definitely depends on the post that was deleted. If it was a shorter response, I don't think I'd mind that much. Unless I wasn't feeling well or something when I wrote it and totally didn't feel like re-typing it.

Deleted posts, for sure has some violations in it. Reality check, we'll be saddened on that at first but definitely, we should always put our shoes on the side of the admin where they also have to be strict and follow the guidelines they set for the members. If we are earning from here, then let us act as if we are the admin here also, so that we can follow rules. Remember, when you are working for a company, consider that you are the owner so that you can always give your best shot and be the first one to be aware of the do's and don'ts.

I feel very irritated when I any post deleted by mylot. And this happen many times with me. And now in these days I have received daily 1-2 notification from mylot that my posting was deleted because the question was deleted. So I feel very irritated that time. Because I think if this continues then it will be affected on our reputation also. So now I always avoid to giving response many discussions that are about mylot and are one liner.
