I am looking for help finding a way to create a website for free. Does anyone know of such a site? I just need to get up and running so that I can post links and such like affiliate links.

Webs.com is a free web hosting service and you can post affiliate links there as well, when you create your own website.

I use blogger.com on my website. It's free all you have to do is sign up.
You can also try wordpress.com.

may be you can think about a blog where you cna post your ref link and speaks about your own programs creating different posts...for free!!for this purpose for example there are many sites as blogger,wordpress,blogspot and so on..
