It seems more and more candidates need to be disqualified due to vote-buying and campaigning outside of legal periods ... Is there anything new that can help improve elections in Philippines ?

woah! news like this is everywhere. it was never a clean election day anyway. i personally think the corruption starts from very individual. there are even people after the national election who posted some things against their barangay captains because they assumed they will be given P500 or something but it wasnt given. duh..assumptions and they themselves complained because they werent given any then from time to time they complain why the leaders are corrupt? duh....annoying thought of most community people. i hope they see what they are doing.
