Its lunch time and i don't have any idea of what to eat. My regular menu is not appealing to me anymore. Any suggestions?

I recommend chicken sandwich, baked not fried with lettuce and slice of tomato on a sesame bun. I think that is light and you wont feel like taking a nap afterward because it is somewhat of a light lunch.

hi johan get some barilla supre spaghetti with protein in it and omega oils 3and 6, buy their super spaghetti sauce with pasil and add more basil and some garlic. cook the saghetti til al dente, meantime heat som Italian meat balls frozen one, now you put the meatballs with that whole grain cooked spaghetti and add lots of sharp cheddare cheese, you have the best ever spaghetti dishl; but it must be barelli's whole grain spaghetti , others with whole grain taste funnybut barellis tasted delicious just like plain spaghetti but better as it has antioxidents in it which we all need.

Think of those food that you might have not tasted for the past few days. A good guide would be your list of favorite foods to eat. A helpful guide would be your taste buds. If you don't feel like eating a simple sandwich will do or whatever they might have at your office canteen. :)

What is your regular menu? My mom eats salad everyday lol. Personally, I like variety, but I LOVE salmon! If you like salmon or any fish try some of that with some lemon juice on it and some asparagus as a side dish with any kind of fruit :)
