i guess the question's like are you happy and satisfied with what/whoever you have become? do you think that whatever you have achieved is something you could pat yourself on the back with? i've had my glorious successes and cruel failures, and now i'm trying to assess what has become of me over the years. i don't know why i have this 'i'm-a-loser' feeling suddenly popping out of nowhere. i bet i don't seriously think that i am (a loser) but i don't know why it comes up often. could it mean i'm disappointed with myself? what makes you proud of yourself?

I have a very successful life and God have given me many opportunities in my life. I am really proud of it. Being an average student in a government school reaching to one of the high ranking university is really a dream and I accomplish this dream so I think I am proud of what I have in my life...:)

oh. i'm really glad i read this comment:) i now remember that i felt the very same way when i was a freshie in my university.XD it feels nostalgic and good~ i guess i have had accomplishments which i could truly be proud of. i just easily lose sight of them, and then feel miserable about myself. i just realized that if one wanted to feel good, he/she only needs to look back at the good times.;) thank you very much for dropping by~^_^

I guess it's just normal to be in that position. Most people are in the same battle. I am also sometimes caught in the middle of self-pity and low-self esteem. Worse, I blame myself of my own stupidity. But if I'm always around with people who are positive and always generous with their praise and encouragement, that helped a lot. I have successes too. Mostly with my work-related achievement but because I'm careful not to be too proud of myself, I would sometimes fall into thinking I'm still not good enough. Hmm, kinda complicated, huh? But I guess it's finding my contentment in whatever I have now and putting more importance on what my immediate family (husband and children) say about me. I also put my value in my relationship with God. I keep my ways (heart and mind) always right in His sight. I hope I made sense :-)

oh you made sense:) maybe we do need other people to point out our achievements so we don't overlook them. and the sense of being successful does depend on a person's personal standards of success. it's good to be contented with what you already have.^_^ i, too, am holding tight to God's promise; that the Lord would never give me something i cannot handle. by that, i believe i am meant to be successful, and someday i shall be truly proud of myself.:)

I too have crossed many miserable failures and non stinking successes in my life and yet i always have a feeling of being failed for something for no reason. I have completed my graduation and i can say that i am proud of myself.. But, this alone is not considered to be a success, chasing for a Job is a particularly difficult and the competition is very heavy outside and i have failed many times in searching for a job and succeeding sometimes, why do i get the feeling of being a miserable failure? it's because that when i see my friends working inside and i sit in home jobless!!!

hmm... i know that should make you feel quite miserable but don't give up~ you'll get that job sooner or later.:) i haven't graduated yet but this will be my last semester and i'll be out job hunting in a few months. i hope that job market goes easy on me. it will be hard but we will have to believe that something good will come out from all our efforts. hang on~ we are meant to be successful.:) just believe that.;)

I think you are thinking so much about these kind of things because you are too much stuck with these thoughts. It may be you have some fatigue factor.I know many people who have these types of problems. So for killing this situation you must go for some picnic or some adventurous tour.I can assure you that you will completely get free from these thoughts.

sometimes i feel like i'm a looser. Because i experienced a lot of failures in life. But i realized that i am proud of my self because i faced my failures and I managed to handle my problems. Now, i am starting to start all over again, trying to move on from the past. I will not loose my hope. "there's always sunshine after the rain"

Actually in joking time with my friends I always praise myself that I like this and that, but in serious matter one thing I've proud of when I truly known and have relationship with God through my saviour Jesus Christ, then the next is when I have own family that I can tell to myself I can handle the responsibility being a father and husband... see you around.

Hi, One can be proud of his positive attitude, positive way, positive qualities and positive strength. In those line I am proud of attitude, qualities and my strengths. Being proud of yourself should bring out the strengths of yourself. One can be proud of his parents and country and can also be proud of himself provided that doesn't hurt others. Tq

hmm... maybe i don't have a very positive attitude because if i had one, i guess i wouldn't feel unsure of myself. but i think it's good that we should focus on our positive attributes.
