Do you think it's the right team, or would you make any changed? Where and why?

I think I more or less agree with your team, the only change is that I would have moved Balotelli up front in place of Gyan and put in Paul Scholes in the middle. I would have also put Drogba in the subs bench as his arrival nearly changed the complexion of the game against Liverpool, though Reina and the cross bar denied Chelsea.
The other change that I might consider is replace Pedersen with Barton, because I thought it was one of his best ever performance in a long long time. He hardly gave the ball away the whole of the evening and even managed to rein in his temper :)

Balotelli might have scored two goals but he was also red-carded. So for that, I think he should be out of the team. I would replace him with, surprise surprise, Joey Barton. He gave a calm and composed display against Arsenal, unlike the hot-headed player that he is known as.
