Do you believe in sharing of knowledge unconditionally?

i think there is nthing wrong when you share your knowledge... when a person truly is good, is intelligent, this person can't lose whatever he's gained as his wisdom. for me, i really don't mind helping and teaching people what i know, from work more importantly because i know the true intelligence still is with me, and can't be taken away from me even when shared...

Sharing knowledge will never cause any harm to the host.In reply it will enhance his/her and also to the person who is seeking.It's worthwhile that we give the knowledge to the others,It will earn theem good friends and also respectful in the society.Ifwe are not exchanging what we know, even if we are wrongly interpreted it will be there in us till our end.So it will be more better to share the knowledge and get updated.

If someone asks me to teach them or show them something - I will do it. It always feels good to help others. In fact, at my last company I taught Excel and PowerPoint classes after work and on the weekends for free for any of the employees. They were not paid for taking the class and I was not paid for teaching it. Everyone loved it.

I think sometimes it is necessary to share the knowledge unconditionally this is depend upon the relationship. But some times our mind not accept this thoughts and at that time it is must to share our knowledge and get something return.Every time with every persons cannot do this. This is my practical & own experience.
