I am drinking more than 8 cups for few years back since 2000, then it keep on increasing lately that I drink almost 16 cups a day. I weigh 58kgs. Can I weigh lesser than that if I drink 8 cups a day? I believe if nothing less it should be water weight. I want to weigh 55kgs. I am 5'1" and 58kgs is too heavy for me. I look grumpy.Ha...ha

Relationship - When a girl fall in love with a boy, and when they are together, they are called they are in relationship. To maintain a relationship, both have to give and take and share the up and down.
I think that will definitely make you feel lighter if you reduce the intake of water. A cup of water probably will be weight around 500g and that is half a kilogram. So 8 cups will adds up to 4 kg. But since water is important to our body. 8 cups of water is just nothing and you will reduce it from you urine and sweat.

Because I am having a BIG cup...and 200ml of water is equally to 200g, and you can try to measure you cup if it is 500ml, if it is, then it is 500g. So 8 cups of 500g water will be 4 kg.

I believe reducing from 16 cups to 8 cups definitely make me lighter. I heard from some friend that it will make me bloated if I drink too much.

The basic rule for weight loss is calories in/calories out. Your water intake may change your weight but this is only temporary and is not true loss that remains with you.

You'll actually lose weight if you drink that much water and also watch your diet. You need to eat a balanced diet and continue drinking water. Exercise will get you to your goal faster if you do all of these things.

The fact that you are drinking that much water should actually mean that you aren't retaining very much water. The retention of water is usually based on the amount of sodium in your diet. The more water that you drink, the more you are able to keep extra water off of your body. What you probably need to do in order to lose the weight that you would like to lose is that you probably need to be more active in your day to day life.

Are you referring to a cup of water dear? Drinking more won't let you gain weight because the water in our body is not retained but released through our sweat and when we pee. If you want to lose weight using water therapy, then you should drink a glass of water 30 minutes before each meal. According to an article I've read, doing this will help you digest the food well and won't let the fat store in your body.

I know but too much isn't better. One friend said it will make us blind if we drink too much.
