How can I add contents in my Profile

It is a long unsolved issue. I am still not able to add any content, banners, information etc. I tried every step to add any content in profile page but failed to do so. I have contacted mylot support team, but they guided me how to do it but I am still not able to add any banners or contents. It is easy, but in my profile there may be some bug which is only solved by mylot team. Please help?

you should add on your profile a html sortie in this way all html code wrote in this sortie should be translated in images,banners,or other objects you want add

i think some body have already recently raised this question, i too also raised this question in mylot discussions some time back,now you and me are riding on the same boat,though i have joined in mylot,i have not entered the site for 8 months due to lack of knowledge,so see my stuff of understanding computer and net information,have a nice day

Admin is now see this issue seriously. Yesterday, I have raised an another topic but it ends in a positive note. Visit this topic http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2439927.aspx
I think our problem will be solved soon. Why we ride in a small boat, we are too want to ride in the ship where other members are riding.
