Any good couscous salad recipes?

I am looking online for a good, VEGETARIAN and relatively healthy couscous salad recipe, but I am nervous about trusting these online sources without knowing if someone has tried them before. Do you have any good secret recipes for couscous salad, vegetarian?

Isn't couscous made from wheat? If so any pasta salad recipe would work. Lots of vegies and a dressing you would use for potatoe salad would work or even just a light vinigar and oil dressing would work. That is 1/3rd vinigar and 2/3rds oil with seasonings added. Salt, pepper, mustard, sage, and italian herbs is a good mix.
