Water is Overrated

There seems to be a trend nowadays to drink water all the time. I think the only people who are really benefiting from this are the manufacturers of mineral water. There seems to be no evidence that constant drinking is good for you, so drink when you are thirsty. And be aware that caffeine, white wine, champagne and artificially sweetened fizzy drinks irritate the bladder.

Bottled water is just overpriced water. No plus benefits to tap water. But that doesn't make water drinking less important.

Water is good for your health cuz we're mostly water. I won't even question why they say that we should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. It's your health choice so i won't tell you what to do. Just beware.

On one hand you are probably very correct. However, water is very important to our overall health. It is very good when consumed correctly (without all the added stuff) and helps to cleanse our whole system out properly. It keeps it all clean and running!

And in the same way, I heard today that bottled-water manufacturers undermine the human being's inalienable right to free and clean water. That it has become an object for profit instead of just being free. I would say, 'bottled water' is the one which is overated. And I think it is still healthy to drink a lot of water for health reasons.

I am drinking water for the first time in my life. I began doing so about one year ago and cut out all the soft drinks and juices. I find that the water, filtered at home for me, has improved my overall skin appearance and do not feel so dehydrated as I use to. As for bottled water I will only pick up if it is not readily available at a place where I am at. As I find to much hype about that bottle water is better when it really is not.
