at 6 am i went to campus using public transportation, i sit down and enjoy yhe trip even though the cars were so many passengers are standing because they do not miss out seating. distance from my house to campus about 20 km. in the course of nearly 15 km away his car broke down, i'm confused i will go down or not,since that day i must be on campus at 7 am. i thought for a moment and then took the decision to go down and other public transport. finally i got to campus at 7 am.
what do you do if the same thing happen to you?

id make sure the next vehicle i ride wont suffer the same fate. if possible i will buy something at the sidewalk first before i resume the journey to the campus.

you are correct...
when no other public transport i would call a taxi to the campus.

I will surely get off the bus and take other means of public transport. It's pointless to wait on the broke down bus since it's not going to move at all. I don't think anybody will be sitting in there waiting, because there's nothing the driver can do about it, except for calling help. Over in singapore, when a bus or train breaks down, all passengers are supposed to alight, switch over to the next bus or train.

you are right, we do not wait until the bus was able to walk again but make a dicision so we can get to campus on time.
i'm sure whatever decision you do not want to be late to campus

hi ipenk when I went to college I too had to use the buses and I never depended on others with cars. I am not quite sure if you mean the bus was too crowded, anyway when I found that situation I would catch another bus so I would be to my classes on time. Surely if the bus did break do wn they should be sending another bus immediately or were they too slow? well good luck hope you do not have the same problem tomorrow.

i mean the public transportation ( buses ).
true,they will send another bus, but time passed and i have to arrive on campus

Hi. ipenk1000. Yes, I would go down and find some other means of getting to campus. If my transportation broke down or did not show up, I will find other means of getting where I have to go. If your teacher makes an issue about you being late to class, just tell him/her that your car broke down and that you had to use the public transportation to transport you back to campus. It is not your fault at all. Things happen, surely your teacher will understand this.

Very sorry to hear you in that situation.May be 1 years ago , I have same experience with you. But I was not go to school but I have to go to my office. And there was traffic problem in highway, I don't know what have to do. I just sit and I hope no traffic problem any more. And I be late in office
