Sometimes I don't know what to talk by using English , because normally I used Chinese even online chatting of writing , I always used Chinese . I think this is the first English forum that I join , since I have join more than 5 Chinese forum before. My writing always full with grammar mistake but I really don't know how to improve . Someone tought me that one of the ways to improve English is to read more , write more , but I really not interesting in writing English and read English novel . So maybe this forum will be the start of learning English . May I ask anyone , how to improve English for those people did't have much interest?

For starters, your English is quite acceptable. I am regularly involved in forums and chats with non-native English speakers, and sometimes I struggle to piece together their sentences. Yours is very concise and quite clear, so congratulations on that. I have found in my own experiences, even as a native English speaker, that my English skills have improved by spending time writing on forums. The idea of forcing myself to become extremely clear and easy for everyone to understand has helped me tremendously. The only drawback I can think of that you might encounter is some people don't have very good English skills, and it is sometimes difficult to understand exactly what they mean. I don't know if it is good practice to read bad English or not. I only speak a bit of Spanish, and I am not sure how well I would do reading poorly written Spanish. The other thing that may get lost in translation is some of the idioms and figures of speech. Sometimes they really make no sense, and can even only be understood by native speakers when spoken in context with proper voice inflection. That is a very difficult thing to convey in writing. Otherwise, I think this is a great idea. One thing I know that has worked well for me, and for people I have had to supervise, is to assign them the task of teaching someone else a particular skill in which they are a bit weak. Nothing makes you understand a topic better then having to make it understandable by someone that has no clue what you are talking about. They will often ask questions that you haven't thought of, and this makes you understand your subject that much more. Good luck, and keep going, you are doing great! Don't worry about topics, there are plenty on here that you will find you can just give your opinion about, and it will start a conversation.
