how to loss weight easier

could i ask someone here for tips on how to get weight loss easier.. just want to loss some weight..

We use Calorie King and count absolutely every calorie you consume!! this is a good way of inserting your favourite food or drink into your diet without feeling guilty. I have just started using Biggest Loser on WII...OMG!!!! Talk about sore!! LOL But I guess thats what you have to do to lose the weight...I was hoping for a quick fix...but unfortunately like life itself, you have to work at what you want out of anything!! BUT...if you do find an easy way out...dont hesitate to let me know ;-)

It takes discipline and changing bad habits in order to lose weight and keep it off. I am one who eats 4 - 5 times a day, I exercise daily and drink lots of water. I can tell you I have increased my metabolism as I am able to eat well. I lost 60 lbs in four months and have been able to keep it off now for 13 months. But you have to discipline and make the changes on a permanent basis if you want to keep it off on a permanent basis. Good luck and wish you reach your goal.

Very true ! For weight loss, one has to be conscious about the in-take (ie. what one eats). In-take should be not only be controlled, but also you have to be very specific of WHAT you eat !! Lots of water, fibrous things, fresh juice, eat frugal but many times a day and of course exercise regularly. Fill your stomach with lots of fresh salads before lunch / dinner.

Absolutely as this is what I do daily. I am a very healthy eater and highly exercise motivated. I am quite thin but owe it all to my discipline so I do not have to worry about the number of times I eat as I eat 4 - 5 times daily in order not to loose anymore. I find I improvise quite a bit as well as I leave out the mayonnaise, no extra salt, and when I use dressing I use balsamic vinaigrette, and never drink colas as I drink lots of water. i think there is nothing of really easy but may be you cna simple change your food attitudes and make a bit more of physical exercise and i think you cn start loosing weight..

I was following the recommended daily allowance for about one month and lost some weight. The key for me was to have an application on my phone to track what I ate. Also, reducing sugar from your diet works wonder.
