how many will you pay for surfing on the Internet for an hour ?

I am using internet in my office. I download software I need, find information in my office. I also have internet at my home, but I only use it for check mail, go to mylot.. My internet bills is about 4$ per months.

I do not have to go to intermet bars as i have my computer and monitor here but internet on cable from time warnere is not cheap I payd 39 dollara a month for cable internet jack rabbit fast one. it was 36 but they increased it afterNew Years this year.I guess some may pay higher but for me this is hard as Iam on a v ery small budget.

Before I also rent a computer at internet bars for about 15PHP per hour. But now I have my own PC and fast internet connection at home. I think Its better than renting to other places.
