Hiya tamron, No but from someone sneezing right by me yes. Someone came to my House the other Day and sneezed all the time and I caught a bit of it I can tell you. Later I managed to shake it off. I stay away from really crowded places these Days if I can and especially if they use hot air heating as they help to spread the Virus a bit more. My way of thinking. Hope you are much better now and over it.

I have heard of cases where people get sick after taking the flu shot. I have taken flue shots the last 2 years. I was lucky, I did not get any sickness at all. They asked me to sit down for about 15 minutes after taking the shot to be sure that I don't any allergies. I was fine, no problem at all.

For many years I worked at a community college and I had a good friend at work who got her flu shot every year because she was afraid of all the germs the students brought on campus. Every year she got seriously ill, once and sometimes twice, with flu-like symptoms. I, on the other hand, have never had a flu shot and I rarely get sick. Not a scientific study by any means but you won't see me getting one of those shots.

From my understanding that sometimes we have a bit of a bug inside and after applying a flu shot it brings right out immediately out of your system, causing us to be sick immediately the next day. I have always gotten a cold the following day after a flu shot and I have been by the doctors that the bug was already there not quite ripened until after the flu shot. Since it has happened each time I tend to believe my doctor is right. As I was sick each time for at least a week.

This is actually prone to happen like once in every 100 cases because the flu shot is actually directly injecting you with the influenza virus. That means, sometimes people actually get really sick from it because they are directly catching the virus. I wouldn't recommend not getting anymore, especially because the chances of this happening again to the same person are pretty slim. That is of course unless you are allergic to them. That's something to discuss with your doctor.
