Especially if that is the first time you hear that song or music then you were attracted on it right away do you really tend to repeat it even the whole day? Are you conscious that there will be others that might notice it? If in case that you don’t have an earphone? How does it feel when you repeat your favorite song all over again?

I always repeat my favorite song, I remember years ago, before ipods and cd's, I used to sit listening to the radio with a cassette inside and my finger on the record button ready for my favorite song to play. And as soon as I managed to record it I would play that tape over and over again, usually untill the tape didnt work. I usually just repeat songs in the car or on my ipod now, right now Im repeating christmas songs over and over. Sometimes though I will repeat something too much and then get sick of that song!

If it's a catchy enough song, for sure! I find myself with it stuck in my head, or if I really like a song - I'll put it on repeat in the car when I'm driving and listening to music.

Hi, metatronik! I like this one! Once I'm really atracted on a song I'm repeating it like crazy. It's really depending on the song itself. If I love it I'll maybe keep listening it for days! It may even became one of my essencials :) But, of course, there are songs I just like for few days. Then it's not my cup of tea anymore. You asking how does it feel. Well, if I'm repeating the song this means that it's making me feel better than usual. Probably it feels good :)

Same here at first it is overwhelming but then I totally find it a point that it is becoming corny when I listen to it all over again.

Yeah I tend to repeat a song that I like when I first hear it. I always think because I love the song I won't get sick of it. But I always do get sick of it. So at first I listen to it over and over again. Then by the time every one else is into it I don't want to listen to it anymore.

That is what happened to me when I listened to the Insomnia song of Craig David. At first when I heard that from the radio I was really overwhelm with that music until I heard it from his concert. Then when I had his cd already of course I tend to listen all day and keep on repeating it. But now it came to the point that I am sick of hearing that song all over again. It was like it is nothing new.

Yes, I tend to repeat songs a lot. When I buy a new single, I tend to play it on repeat all day long. I also do this for songs I've had for a while sometimes too. I don't really care if others notice since I'm either playing that song on repeat in my own private room or on headphones with my ipod.

I remember my nephew complained to me about it that I keep on repeating the song if that is my favorite. Now I am doing that on my own private room as well and I don't care if people will just have notice it.

I don't just repeat songs, I repeat entire albums and playlists, usually all one artist. I will repeat songs when they are new in my library, so that I get to know them. I tend to listen to the same playlist almost every day, granted it is over 12 hours worth of music, so i rarely finish it in one day. I also just put one album on repeat and leave it on for a week or two, then switch to another one. The repeat button is probably one of the greatest inventions of all time. ;)

Dear friend, Yes, some songs I do repeat it many times, especially while driving. It gives me a mental relaxation and also some sort of satisfaction. Some songs it really gives me a feeling of mental coolness.

i do it all the time! :) usually, i'll play the whole album. but most of the time i'll skip those songs i don't like. when it's my favorite song already, i'll listen to it, then play it again, then go to the next song. when the whole album is finished, i'll play it all over again. :D

Hmm...I don't do that. What I do is just to pick out a list of my favourite songs and then play it. I know some of my friends do that but I don't like it. I don't know but repeating the song seems to make me feel confused. LOL. Good discussion anyway!

I have 2 particular favorite songs from amongst my music in my laptop which i keep playing while working. I sometimes get embarrassed from my officemates who hears it so i put on an earphone on one ear while the other ear is free to hear anyone who speaks in the room. I always play the two songs alternately because they perk me up and set me in a nice mood. Crazy do it seems but i really like hearing them. . . makes me feel so in love with my husband always! Should you be interested to know what are they . . . i can let you know . . .

Yeah, I do that. I'll repeat it for the entire day and my brother will come in and tell me this: " EH??? You didn't change the song? You've been repeating that for the entire day!! " XD HAHA! Hm, I don't feel conscious about it. I'll just play the songs that I like. I don't really care if people notice it... xD
