It depends entirely on how active your referrals are and a great deal of that will depend on how you promote MyLot. If you promote it as a money-making site I think you will have missed the point and most of your referrals will leave or give up quite quickly. MyLot is a DISCUSSION site which rewards good quality, descriptive, relevant and original contributions. Find even 100 referrals who enjoy discussions and will post good quality discussions, responses and comments on their own and other people's discussions and you could be well on the way to $5 a day if you assume that each one can average 20 cents a day. Promote it as a money-making site and you will only get referrals who have no idea how to discuss or what a discussion is and who will not stay very long.

You can get as many referrals as you want IF you bother to purchase them. However even self recruiting referrals can be inactive, purchased referral can't be any better. If you're thinking to buy some referrals for Mylot, I advise you DON'T. Having 300 referrals is a thing, their activeness is another thing.

While it is probably possible for you to get 300 referrals, making a set goal of $5 would probably be pretty difficult. You don't know how active all those referrals would be. One thing I do know, though is that if you treated this like a regular job, posted everyday, 40 hours a week, and you had your mind really set on earninga set income of $5 a day, you could do it.
