Sidetick group invite madness!

December 7, 2010 8:27pm CST
Oh man! The sheer number of group invites I get on Sidetick is really twisting my undies! I really wish there was some kind of regulations for group invites. I have had literally hundreds of invites in the past 24 hours. At first I would just reject them, then they kept sending me the same ones! So I began posting comments like, "I am not interested in joining this group, please stop SPAMMING invites." When that didn't work, I started reporting them. It didn't even slow them down. Finally, I just gave up. If you can't beat em' join em'. So I did. I joined every one of those stupid groups. If I am a member, they can't invite me, right? Actually, many of these people make new groups literally every day, but I will have gone from hundreds of invites to a few dozen a day. Are there any Sidetick users who can commiserate with me?

Normally I get like 50 a day, but yesterday I received 209. Seriously does anyone think I am going to take the time and go through each. I am sure they have increased as I did not even check today. Is there a way to delete or reject all of them at one time. I mean even if I wanted to entertain them all 209 really really?? LOL

I will try that at some point, so thanks for the information. As for me the site could use some fine tuning I agree, but I have earned $125 in under two months so I will stay on the site as it is making me some extra money and most times the members are so helpful they are actually earning for me. See I have enough pictures up there so many members are great and view them after I already maxed out so this increases my earnings. But one thing though I always repay their favors, so this keeps them coming back. Good luck to you and happy ticking.

I feel your frustration. People go crazy with groups over there...I frankly have just stopped looking at my invites. Every now and then I go in and delete them, but I no longer spend time looking through them individually. While I'm glad the blogs section has been taken back from the control of automated spammers, the groups system still seems to belong to the manual spammers!
