What to do with an employer how ditch you?

Well, I guess this is not a new thing about being an employee... This is what i so think of as " Major" employee problem especially if you are working with out any contract. And, you just rely on his words that he'd pay you in no time... grrr... I want to scream... I could not run after him... It's almost Christmas and I am definitely hoping for the 13th month pay... and here I am penniless and worst jobless... What should I do? I am just an employee...

Things will look up. i'm sorry about your job. I can understand where you're coming from... "Out of the fire, into the frying pan" kind of thing. I can't give you an immediate solution. Although you can still enjoy Christmas, try to anyway, by just spending time with your family & friends & loved ones. Merry Christmas! These are tough times, but you'll get through them.
