Please share your chicken recipe

Hi, I just want to know if you have any other recipe in chicken, aside from fried, adobo, chicken a la king, chicken sotanghon, chicken menudo and asado.
We just want to avoid eating meat, that's any suggestion what else chicken recipe you know aside I've mention above? Or It can help also just give me an idea of your chicken recipe you know?

If you want to avoid eating meat, then you should not eat chicken. Chicken is meat.
You can find many recipes online. Just search for 'chicken recipes' or 'vegetarian recipes' in any Search Engine. If you use MyLot Search, you also stand a chance of winning a Reward of a few cents every now and then.

I love making chickn fried rice and chicken chow mein.
I make them both low fat and they are really taty and popular with all my family.

I like making BBQ Chicken Pizza and it's soooo easy. We like it better than Papa John's BBQ Chicken Pizza. :-)
Start with a pre-made pizza crust such as Boboli. Spread it *thinly* with your favorite barbecue sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's honey is extra good). Cut up or shread some *cooked* chicken brea*t meat and mix it with a small amount of the bbq sauce as well.
Then just assemble your pizza... put chicken on top of lightly sauced crust. Sprinkle with your favorite pizza herbs (I do basil, oregano, and garlic powder), and put shredded pizza cheese on top.
Bake as directed on the crust package. Enjoy! :-)
