God resides in your heart. Do you agree? Have you ever experienced it? The pure heart is the heaven from where He guides the spiritual seekers.God knocks at the door of your heart, again and again.But because of the delusion wrought by the infatuation for material objects,you do not pay any attention to His divine call. Still the mind.Withdraw the senses from external objects. You will hear the voice of God.

Hi narayan, You are right in saying that God is within us and the reason most people don't realize it is they don't still the mind. We came here with a memory and a knowledge, but we have become so entrenched in the things around us, things that we can recognize with the five senses that we have forgotten. In most cases too, people have been indoctrinated to believe something completely different, and so they don't seek the still small voice that can be found in the silence. God is also in those around us, those we see every day but many times we do not recognize him. Blessings.
