Iphone or IPad

hello there! the iPad is bigger in size but practicality wise, purchase the iPhone. in the iPhone, you can download the same applications in the iPad and at the same time, receive and make calls.

hi, for me, i think the best is iphone, its because you can use it in communication.

neither ipad nor iphone!!!eheh.. in reality these 2 devices are not so special,excluding marketing,as many media normally tell to us...in reality it has more sense to buy an ipod touch than an iphone or ipad in itself!!

Ipad is impractical if you have a laptop because ipad doesn't have the specs of iphone 4 and it doesn't have a camera. Iphone 4 has facetime which you can use with fellow iphone users as well as ipod touch users for a face to face phone call without an extra charge. Ipad is really impractical as it is expensive but has less features. I would wait until the RIM Blackberry playbook is out! Then it's another story!

Both the iPad and the iPhone are very good devices and depending on what your requirements are. If you are looking for portability then I would say get the iPhone, however if portability isn't an issue and your looking for a device for web browsing then the iPad is good. I have an iPad andd there so simple to use even my 4 year old son has no problems using it.

I don't have either and have never had an iphone, but I would say the iphone would be more practical as it would be easier to carry it with you, and you can take and make calls on it where you can't with the ipad. It depends on your individuality though and what you want to do with it, you have to weigh the pros and cons of both and decided which one would work best for you.
