A couple of friends invited my husband and I out for dinner for Christmas Eve. It was an easy decision. We dont get to see these friends very often and they are always a lot of fun. The answer was immediately YES! The restaurant we went to was Fogo de Chao. There are several of them all across the country. It is a Brazilian style Steakhouse. There is a salad bar with all kinds of salads and cheeses and vegetables. Some of the wait staff walks around with various kinds of meat (mostly beef) on skewers. You can pick and choose what kinds you want. One of the cool parts was they give you these little coaster looking things. One side is red and the other green. If you want more meat, you keep the green side up. If dont want any at that moment, you keep the red side up. So you can still have great conversation and enjoy your dinner without being pestered. My husband, our friends, and I were there for about 2 hours. We all ate to our hearts content. We even ordered some desert. Everything was absolutely divine!! We are already planning our trip back. I can almost taste the tender, juicy cuts of meat just thinking about it! Have you ever heard of Fogo de Chao? Have you ever been to a Brazilian steak house? What restaurant are you looking forward to going to again?

OH, yes, one of my most memorable dining out experiences. Those spits constantly being offered with all kinds of meats still sizzling. My brother took me there for my graduation. In the one i visited they offered lamb, pork, beef, poultry, even duck. Glad you enjoyed.
