Exhausted!

I wanted to resign! I'm exhausted to my current work. It does not support my needs financially! And there is no salary increase! Argh!

why would you give up?
maybe you are not so active in trying to do it. you should not be too motivated by money, but you should be motivated by the urge / desire to be successful. because if you just want the money without effort, where maybe you can get it.

I wanted to be successful not just because of money. Its just that in my current job I feel the management is not supportive on the growth of their employee.

Have you brought up these concerns with your boss? Perhaps you should, you never know. Maybe you just need to *request* a raise or inquire about it in order to be considered for it. It's worth a shot, right? Otherwise unfortunately I guess perhaps you should start looking for a new job.

Same with me, there still no salary increase after almost 2 years. Do we have to understand the reason that the company is not yet financially stable that my boss gave us? I am really in hunt for a job abroad. Lets pray harder!
