Disapointed after buying shoes from a top brand shoes.

My husband's shoes are old. So,he like to buy a new ones.
I said that he should go to the shop of a top brand shoes to buy the best ones. And he did.
The shoes seem to look well when we bought it. But it began to broke and the glue was exfoliated!
I and my husband feel very very disappointed. We brought it to there company to fix. It took 05 days to get it again. Oh, my God!
We promised that we won't buy anything from that company.
How do you think about this problem? Why the product of top brand can be horrible like that? Can we believe on THE FAMOUS OF BRAND?

I keep telling my husband...just cause the brand is the most popular, doesn't mean the quality is better. But he dont' listen. Levi's are the only jean to buy. Belts are the western store are the only belts to buy...everything else is crap.
He bought me a pair of $35 dress shoes one time for my birthday. I wore them out in 6 months! The ones I pay $20 I wore them for like 3 years and still only had to replace the heel (they were 3 inch high heels and Iwore them all to work)
I wouldn't buy that brand again. And 5 days? Why didnt they just give you another pair in stock? Probably wouldn't go to that store again either!

me too! i bought a rubber shoes before,, P is the initial,
since i am excited, i wear it the day after i bought it
then the sole was breaking and removing
and it looks yucky!
very disappointed!
i hate it! i just used it for twice
and i dont want to throw it in the garbage
because it was expensive
i decided to give it to the charity
with no regrets at all

I believe that checking the quality of the shoes itself more important as compared to just depending on the name. Even if they do have quality control, there are styles that are more durable than the others. My husband is more particular with the durability, after all he is going to pay good money for it

Are you sure,you bought the original one,because nowadays there are loads of duplicate ones just like the original ones.Also,you cant expect every piece of the top brand to be superb.There is also some errors but their incidence in 1 in million.But if you sent them back the damaged piece,you will get replaced very quickly and you will have very good customer support from them.I once sent back a nike shoes and they sent me a new ones along with my postal and packaging charges with special apologies from its marketting managers.Did you try it out??

top brands and expensive are not always the best and reliable. i have never and never will pay a fortune for clothes and shoes

Just a pointers, If you are buying a shoes always try to bend the toe side. Bend the side of the shoe and always check the part it was sew. Lastly try to wear the both pair and walk it for at least 10 minutes. Use it as you own it. If it some defects it means low quality.
