This is a problem in relationships I have come across many times. When there is jealousy there is insecurity that the sufferer needs to address to make sure that it doesn't cause problems in the relastionship, as there is nothing worse for somebody to be on the receiving end of somebody who is constantly jealous - it can make them feel as if they have entered a prison. If one is a person is not to become a victim it needs to be handled by a professional as soon as possible as it tends to get worse as time passes. In some cases, reassurances won't work either so my advice would be to talk to the person and get him to admit that he has a problem and then to get someone to help sort it out. It is possible, but can take some time. Good luck with this.. _Derek
