Different types of journals

Awhile back I wrote an article for Triond about the different types of journals a person could write. You can see that article here: http://writinghood.com/writing/journals-seven-examples-of-different-journal-types/ Funny thing is that I came up with another idea for a journal. Too bad I can't add to my previous article. Even if I did people wouldn't go back and read it. I would have to come up with a whole new article. Well, I can't do that for just one item. Anyway, my new journal idea is about menopause. I decided to keep track of my whole experience. This could help my children and maybe other women if I decide to publish it. I have just started this journey with one "incident" last May, and another this past November. Really, you can journal about anything. If you focus on one topic not only can it make a great journal for others to read one day (maybe when you're long gone), but it could make for a good publication. What do you think?

I never could do a journal, because I think I'm about the most boring person alive... All my inner voice does is tell me how I messed up something, even if said something was a LONG time ago.
