Oh and eat 500 calories more than your body requires. if you know your weight and height at present, search for your calorie requirement and eat 500 calories extra. Daily!! make sure its not always chocolates and burger. If don't want tummy but a lean body mass, exercise accordingly. While eating the same way that i have told you above. :)

I have used vitamins all my life but I have never heard of any vitamins that can help you gain weight, only lose weight. Vitamins in themselves are only really useful if you are deficient in some way, otherwise you will get what you need from your food, with the exception of Vitamin C that apparently the body needs more of in our modern polluted atmosphere. When I was in my teens I was always very conscious that I didn't carry much weight and also wanted to put on weight, but it never happened. All I could do was to make sure that I ate plenty and that my diet was health and balanced. Once I accepted myeself as a thin person, I was OK then. If we want to change, we have to first accept ourselves as we really are. If we feel ill, got to a doctor and be careful about taking vitamin and mineral supplements without talking to somebody who knows what they are talking about. _Derek

Yes! I think it's better to eat healthy foods in order to maintain an ideal weight. Vitamins is just a supplement of your everyday diet. Thanks!

Not vitamins! what you need is loads of fat and carbohydrates. stuff like peanuts, butter, cheese, burger, wheat, oatmeal etc.

Hi rage355, Well I just want to share you my result. I gained 25 lbs and still using Herbalife products for 12 years for weight maintenance. The program is gain weight. Its a nutritious shake that you must take 3 times a day after meals. Check my photos on my photos to show you my result when I was 12 years old and here's my website http:/www.perfectdiet.multiply.com I hope that this can help you too. Good day! God bless!

Vitamins in itself does not make person gain weight, but taking vitamins +minerals hasten metabolic processes in the body so it makes you eat more thereby gaining weight, always remember that when you are in a vitamin regimen, it should always be complemented with the right kinds of food. I don't know but in my experience, some multi vitamins I take also makes me sleepy, and when you have ample sleep, it also increases appetite so you gain weight.
