Apple Cider Vinegar

I took maybe a week of drinking apple cider vinegar. It was nasty, it burnt but it seemed to shed lbs fast. Now I've lost more weight, not sure how and can't say for sure how much I've lost because I've used different scales to weigh myself. All I know is my jeans are loose. My new years resolution isn't to lose weight, actually I don't have a resolution. Has anyone here ever used Apple Cider Vinegar to lose weight? What were your results?

I think it helps get rid of bloat and water weight. I use it with honey for cold remedies. Maybe you are just more active. I do not have resolutions as such, just some good intentions.

I have been more active lately, but I think being more active was really after I stopped drinking the apple cider vinegar. I've read success stories of apple cider vinegar, one person claimed they drank a lot a day and it shed lbs fast. I'd feel safer doing that if it was just bloat and water weight, but losing actual fat like that would scare me, ya know?

I have not lost weight in such a long time, and I need to. I am eating healthier since I have been back home from holiday visits.

It's hard to avoid Holiday eating, with such good food. So many weight loss programs are just not even worth it. I think just moving around as much as possible does the most help, atleast I've noticed lately for myself.

Hi SomeCowgirl, there is always a bottle of apple cider vinegar kept in the fridge. I enjoy eating food and certain drinks which contain sour taste. I prepare vegemite from row chopped chili and garlic, some apple cider vinegar and soybean sauce and a little sugar are added too. It's really delicious to eat together with rice. We take this when having dinner daily. We use this vinegar to make mixed vegetable pickle as well. I don't know taking this would get our weight lost actually. No wonder my weight never goes up. might be I take this wonderful stuff daily Thanks for the sharing Happy posting!

We are so fortunate to have myLot forum to share whatever which interests us It's very much tastier if a few drops of apple cider vinegar stirred with watermelon juice or guava juice, or .... This is what I'm used and fond to do as well during scorching sunny day Seems that this lovely sour stuff not only could quench our thirst, promote our appetite, it works well in weight loss as well

ikbooi, I am glad I was able to let you in on this knowledge then! Yes I've read where others use it on their food, I just drank it with juice, water, or lemon juice. When I drank it with lemon juice, though the taste was nasty, it helped me shed lbs. quicker.

I had a friend who first tried the Apple Cider Vinegar pills. Which I've seen sold at Walmart. However, that didn't do anything. She got online, and it said the only way for it to really work was to drink the stuff. So she did. And it did work. She is a little tougher than I. I don't know if I could drink it. Oh, and here's a little tidbit of info no one cares about: if you ever get athlete's foot, soak your feet in apple cider vinegar for 30 minutes a day. Within a week it will be gone. No, I don't know it from personal experience, but someone in my family does. I think regular vinegar also works.

Did you mix the vinegar with water when you drank it? You are supposed to stir about a teaspoon of vinegar into a full glass of water

I've never used it for weight loss, but the stuff does wonders to get rid of acid indigestion!
