If a task which I submitted is always exist in the status of pending means what can I do? Where to ask help to complete the process faster ? I have almost 10 pending status tasks more than 3 weeks :(

hello, I am entering this discussion from search feature because I meet the same problem.
Well, maybe it is only pending for two days. But he keeps making similar tasks in these days without approving mine o.O
Actually the job is quite simple, and to check the authentication, he just have to look up my username there.
So, I don't know really know what's his reason to make my submission pending while he's keep creating the same task again and again o.O
I am just worry that he's going to scammed everyone..
Should I report it or should I wait till a week comes?
