Police Officers. Wanted?

I am always updating myself in current events that's happening in our country and sad to say, some of their headlines talks about crimes made by police officers. Kidnapping, and or murder are some of the crimes that involves police officers. I am very disappointed with those police personnels who are involve with crimes. As we all know that police officers should be the one who will manage civilian persons who are involved in the crime. But what happened? They are the ones who started out crimes? I'm only talking to those police officers who are of bad influence to their colleagues. I appreciated those police officers who have done their best solving out crimes and I respectfully appreciated their efforts. What's your opinion about this matter? Will crimes involving police officers be resolved? What's your call?

Crimes involving Police, will not be resolved unless Officials will not focused on the needs of the organization like:
1.Salary increase, which is a must have for a work that is so dangerous.
2.More Benefits to the families(free house,scholarships,medical etc.)
3.Equipments that are needed and important and in good working conditions.
And as long as Corrupt Officials are on top the organization will never be fixed.

The enforcement Officers involved in crime will be a very serious case.
Not only dismissing them from the force, they should be punished heavier by comparing to the public.
There were many similar cases happened in my country too.
I believe such incident can not be avoided among such a big group of personnels in the force.
The most important is the tight supervision to stop the wrong doing of their personnels should be carried out all the while.
Our society needs a strong discipline, good responsible and high capability police force to serve us.

I agree. Discipline is a must in this kind of profession and being responsible is also essential for a police officer to handle their jobs well. Some abusive police officers should be imprisoned and must be terminated in his work. It is a serious problem that should be stop.

There seems to be some trend being exposed today about Police brutality cases that is just horrendous. From killing each other and the worst raping and kidnapping some civilians. It seems like the whole organization needs to be reformed to get back to its original purpose which is to protect the civilians. It is just tragic to see a society that have a police force not functioning as they are but is part of the problem of the society.
