I know I can say just today! I have been battling that damn flu all week. I left work early today because I had a headache that just would not stop. So after the long trip from work to home, I walk into my home to the best surprise! My Hubby surprised me the most amazing work desk and computer chair! OMG it's just amazing! Now I have the best work space ever to be creative and really take my online business to the next level. I cried I was so happy! I had to run out to pick my daughter and when I got home he was here with a dozen of roses. Oh what a great guy I have. So when was the last time your partner surprised you with a just because I love you gift?

That is wonderful! What a nice way to come home. My husband used to surprise me here and there before we got married. Now he might do little things once in a while like wash my car for me.

It was the new years eve, i was out with my girl on a dinner and she surprised me with just a perfect present and it was this amazing Ipad which i wanted for such a long time. I felt very bad cause i didnt get anything for her , but the feeling is amazing when u you know some one cares , some one actually listens to what you value and would want in ur life.SO yeah its a great feeling to get stunned by these gifts, specialy if they are from your loved ones.

Mine is not so much like that. He is more practical. If I tell him what I want he will go get it. He encouraged me to buy this awesome jacket this week and on my birthday he bought me the most beautiful Orchid plant since he know I like them and really wanted one. He isnt so sure about just randomly buying me something in case I dont like it.

even if he is doing things like picking up an orchard plant beause he knows you love them, that's doing something random.

Gosh it's been so long I don't know when the last time was. I know partly because we are usually broke and other things come before gifts. Though the more posts I see about this sort of thing the more I wish I had the money to still do this. Hubby used to pick up goofy lil things from the gas station that were sweet. I guess I'll have to hint around about things a bit more w/ V-day coming up.

you guys don't even have to buy anything. or if you do it can be little cheap things. bringing him his favorite bag of chips without him asking, or he giving you a bunch of flowers he picked on his way home from work. My hubby and I are very blessed to have our family money situation taking cared of so when we do want to get either something for each other or ourselves we are able to do that. We are truely blessed

It was at Christmas time, I wanted something from Armani but I'm hard to buy for but my wife got me a gift certificate because she knows I like to shop. This week I was able to book a dinner cruise and have a baby sitter so we could go out on a date, she knew I was booking it but I still got to surprise her with it.

Hi, It was on my last birthday. My spouse bought a nice shirt for the first time as a surprise. I never expected such a gift from her as she don't have a habit of giving gifts to me. However, it was really a surprise and it was the plan of my children and wife together to make me surprise. Thank-s

Yes, I neve expected because we don't have a habit of giving gifts each other for the last 15 years. We do celebrate but not gifts. Thanks for your comments. Thank-s

Now that you've mentioned it, I think it is again about time to do something like this for my girlfriend.

Let me tell you, doing little just because i love you gifts are going to really be the thing that makes her care for you even more. it doesn't have to be something as big as a computer desk. it can be bringing the flowers she loves the most. i wish you the best

hni 34 momma I have been a widow for a long time now b ut my husband was aware I loved flowers and he and I really did not have a lot of money when our children were little but he drove us out to this flower farm where there were fields of blooming stock. Stock come in delicious pastel colors and are so sweetly scented they are just special for bouquets so after our tour through the grounds my hubby was going to buy me a large bouquet just because and the manager tripled it and gave it to me free as a gift. their prices really were wonderfully reasonable. So I had bouquets all over our home and did they ever smell so good. wow.So now agt 84 I still remember that day so much. It was fun and sweet and just lovely.,It was not our anniversary or anyones birthday just a fun treat.

what a sweet story. See we remember things like that verse the birthday gifts they feel they have to buy. those gifts that they think about and go out of their way to give you are the ones that means the most.

hello 34momma! oh, that is truly sweet and thoughtful of your husband! Makes me long for what i could not have, lol. I had been separated from my hubby for the last 7 years, for reasons which i could say includes his being the exact opposite of what your husband recently did for you. Oh, he surprised me, with a lot of shocking problems and gifts of stressors. oh well, i just hope and pray that someday i would be able to experience the thoughtfulness and sweetness of a man, who will just give you gifts and flowers for no reason at all, save for the fact that he wants to make you happy. Oh, love truly makes the world go round. i am truly happy for you 34momma and i must say you are very fortunate to have a husband like that and he is lucky too, for having a wife like you who appreciates such sweet things.

A just because gift can be just about anything. I am so blessed momma with the boyfriend of five years I have, he is such a sweet just because person. He is not into lucrative things and all that but let me say wow that is nice and bingo there it is. Despite his wonderful gifts he is such a wonderful person and I am so blessed. The one that got me the most was the other day when I saw the commercial for hot dogs and out of no where I said geez I don't remember the last time I had a hot dog. Just something out of he whim. Next day after his show, you betcha I got two hot dogs. (just example of no matter how small they can be surprises). A week after Christmas I was having some bad back pains and with the desk I have, and I must have complained so hard that he bought me this really neat portable one that I can roll just about anywhere with a chiropractic chair to support my back. Now that is love.
