Some time we had to passed through bad condition of our health. some time the pain in our body become intolerable that time we had to take pain killers to relief from it. It is known to all that painkillers are not good for our health. I think maximum people for our society are not able to attached with physical exercise that is why the types of pain increasing day by day. So the uses of pain killers are increasing. I always try to avoid pain killers. Generally I want to keep my self pain free by doing exercise regularly. In spite of that I had to take pain killers very rear.

hello buli! i think that even with adequate exercise, there are really times in our lives when we feel surreal pains that we can hardly cope up. this is the time that we must take painkillers to make it through these times. I have had to take painkillers when i was not able to take in the pain any longer caused by stress.

buli exercise is fine for a lot of things but if you already' have muscle or joint pain I wou ld not aggravate if til you have it checked by a doctor as you could really injure some painful conditions that are really in need of a doctors checking.Overexercise is just as bad as no exercise as you need to use common sense. if your burned your finger you would not go and burn it more to heal it of course, so if you break a bone and are in pain exercise is the last thing you need, a doctor has to treat it, and not a lay person who has not traiining in those injuries.and yes I use pain killers when needed under my doctot's'directions.
