i dont know what should i feel, but when i am going to apply for a job, i feel tired sometimes and sometimes i feel afraid, tired because i need to wake up early in the morning and travel again. i feel afraid sometimes because i dont want to be declined again by the employer. so if i want to apply for a job, this two feelings i always have. how could i fight for this feelings? so i could have work again.

I understand you since i have experienced the same thing before. What i did was just motivate myself to really be looking for a job and never let my lack of confidence fail me on my goal. Try to feel confident in looking for a job and don't let fear prevail.

Fight tiredness, by motivating yourself for a job that could be yours. Fight being afraid by being confident. And to be confident, try surfing the net on how to answer job interviews and trying out some quizzes on what to say. Polish your English more, so that when you are interviewed, you will not stammer. Most of all, ask for the Lord's guidance, and you will surely have enough confidence to go through the interview. Should you fail, try others until you are able to get a job for yourself. It's nice to be self- sufficient by having a job !

It is very important that you start telling yourself that any company would be lucky to have you. Start thinking with self confidence and trying to boost your own confidence. Tell yourself that you are great and you are wonderful and you would be a fantastic employee at any company. The more you think positively the more positive you will feel in the interview, and that will shine through to the person who is interviewing you. Really pump yourself up and tell yourself lots of good things about yourself before an interview. Tell yourself no negative thoughts are allowed. It will make a bit difference.

I feel exactly the same way. Although not as much afraid as I am lazy. I don't like getting up, then looking for the office where the interview will be. I hate preparing the requirements. I hate my job though, so I always say that I'm gonna clean up my act and look for a new job. So I'd go applying online, but then when I get interviews, I get so lazy that I just end up blowing it off.

Applying for a job is really tough. You prepare not only your resume but also yourself physically and psychologically. But at the end of the day, you may find out that all those preparations are useless. Sometimes it is really frustrating to do all these. But at least you have done something for yourself. Rather than doing nothing at all. The reward is you are doing something to find a job.

i am in the process of looking for a new job like you as well... and i had gone to a few interviews and been declined as well... but that doesn't deter me from applying for more jobs and try harder... i feel that as long as i haven't quit yet, i still have a chance... so please don't quit on yourself as well... take care and have a nice day...

Looks like your job is not the only source of income your have. . Because if you were fully dependent on you job, you would not sit so leisurely and think, what to do, instead you would grab it. You would not mind getting up early in the morning nor you will be afraid to face new employer no matter who he may be......It is not your fear but your priority that is making you lazy.......so, get up now and start you new journey , your new adventure in life. ....the show must go on...........

Oh you're suffering because you hate waking up so early. You want a peaceful and more comfortable life. You want to sleep more. That's why you don't like this thing. When we are forced to choose something like that, we need to find out the positive things in it. First of all, you grow the habit of waking up early which is a reward in itself. This habit is treasured by all. I wish I could wake up early. When I wake up late it seems that half of my day is already passed, and I could do absolutely nothing about it. You feel tired because, you still haven't caught up with the habit. Once you grow the habit you will hate waking up late. Just a few more days, and you will hate staying in bed late. Believe me, things are going to be a lot easier once you get habituated. Besides, you have another reward. You can have the job which is earning you money. Always remind yourself this, "Just a few more days, and this will be over." It will be over even before you know anything about it.

Hello asliah, Its a mixed emotion wherein you are seems to be judged in front of a court. Its natural reaction for your thoughts played many questions. So much think and emotions cause your body to react but be determined and focus to you objective in wanting the job. However, if the result wont be in favor for you don't lost hope just think of that there are still many that waits for your service. Happy myLotting

Me too, I feel afraid because I don't to be rejected. But I have to because I am the bread winner of my Family so I have to go to apply for a job. Even though I'm afraid and scared I'll just take my chances. Just believe in God, and you can find a nice job.

Don't get me wrong ,Asliah, but I guess you weren't tired nor afraid. What I'd use is the word lazy for the first reason. . When we get used to being so relax in our life, no pressure of getting up, beating the traffic and always going and about in such a daily routine, we become so accustomed to it that changing it seems very inconvenient and that we don't want to change it. We are not tired, we are just feeling lazy to hurdle this stuff(heck, we do all feel that way.) You don't have enough motivation to keep you going and get yourself a job. Must you admit that you aren't really afraid but there's just nothing to push you to grab and pursue a job? What I can say is find the motivation. Just think of the good things you can do when you are earning your own money. You can buy anything you want, go and eat even to the most expensive resto and you can brag about it in your FB account. Plus, just think f the people you are going to meet when you have your own job. Don' t you feel proud of yourself that you have a job while others don't have? Just think of the pros when you get hired.Doing so,is simply getting a life, dear.

hello asliah! if you want to do something which you think will benefit you a lot, you should not let your inner fears hold you back. If you will give in to your feelings of uncertainty about whether you will be accepted or rejected by the company you're applying for or letting the laziness gets in the way, you will never know whether you will actually be accepted or not if you won't try. Your seemingly tiredness in the morning is actually just a product of your anxiety. You have doubts and fears that's why your mind is producing thoughts that you are tired because you're trying to avoid the situation. As the saying goes, no guts, no glory. So, don't let your fears bug you down. Get up and get on with it. There's no harm in trying, especially when you do really need the work.

Well i also get the lazy feeling all the time. I don't want to work at all but i want money to enjoy myself and have fun. So what should i do then? I have to do some part time work which would help me get good enough money for myself. I wish i had known about all this earlier so that i would have made lots of more money online now. Cheers!

I know how difficult it can be looking for employment, especially the way the economy is. It can definitely be tiring and disappointing at the same time. Spending so many hours applying for jobs, traveling to interviews and then not being offered the job. You should continue to have the positive thoughts you have right now. Positive meaning that you wake up and go to interviews and most importantly you don't give up, you continue to look for employment. Giving up shouldn't be an option, because if you do give up then you will always have that sub conscious saying what if. Never give up, continue to stay positive, you'll find work out there. Just hang in there and be positive...
