It might be possible if the man had a hormone irregularity or was suffering from some disease, either of which might cause him to lactate all the best urban

Well, I believe incorrectly functioning thyroid can cause this and ingesting the plant Goat's Rue. You may be interested to learn that some new born babies have lactated. all the best urban

I remember goat's rue, its young leaves being pounded and plastered on my wounded knees when I was a kid. I used to be a very frisky and restless kid and I got wounds all the time.. lol. Haven't known Goat's Rue was edible. Thought it was only for Cows or any kind of herds. We have a lot of this wild grown in Granada, my Dad's Hometown.

that was wrong opinion, because when woman was pregnant there is hormon that can trigger a milk that the baby needed. in man there is not have a hormon like that.

Hi Zills, I think someone is messing with you. It's not true...can't be. Milk is produced in a woman who becomes pregnant. A woman that has not had a child can't produce milk and unless you find a man that has become pregnant then it is not possible for him to nurse a baby.

Ok...it appears I could be wrong. check this out.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Male_lactation Strange indeed. We learn something new everyday, heh? There are actually a great many articles on this topic and I have not finished reading.

Being a doctor, I think this is not possible. If there is any such incidence, it is due to some abnormal pathology.

i am not convinced that far that a man is able to do so. if so, would you be gladdened that at least, when you run out of milk, your husband can do it on your behalf?

Yeah I think we can, disturbingly enough, as men, like women, have their fair share of the requisite hormones for milk production, though it is not certain how long it would take for men to produce even a few drops of milk for the baby to feed on. :)

Haha... definitely no, in case the baby in question decides to chew out my nipple. :)

A baby could suck mans nipple but there is no milk available for them, since man do not have the glandula mammae that produce milks

a baby can suck any thing actually. but i think this one was just a hoax too like many other hoaxes from the internet.
