Is Russia a victim of their own creation?

First of all my heart goes out to the people who were killed or hurt in the Moscow Explosion. I will keep them in my prayers. With that said, I remember during the 60's and 70's when the terrorist were running rampant in Europe and plane hijackings were almost monthly. Most of these terrorists were pushing the Marxist Philosophy. Several of the Leaders were trained in Russia. Many people beleive Russia wanted to destabilize the west and allow them(the Russians to take over or become the worlds sole super power). The goal of these groups was to spread the Marxist principles around the world. It seems that the Russians trained these leaders well because they became the trainers of today's terrorists. Because Russia could not control what these people would do they are suffering from their own creations.
