Why should we feel insulted?

If we are the result of evolution. What would you think??, if one day the supporters of Darwin to discover and explain clearly what is meant by "The Lost Chain" or the missing link that could bring the theory of evolution above the wind. Why do people always oppose their origin? Why do people feel insulted if the result of evolution?

Most surprisingly, when the theory was clearly not proven, but still there is a fight furiously ... If that theory has been scientifically proven, just please boasting again, Please fill in before the data, I am not afraid to race my religious theory with scientific theory.

I don't find the idea we are a species of animal at all insulting. in fact, I think it's perfectly true. some people are offended by this idea because they don't realise how diverse and wonderful the animal kingdom is. it's not an insult to be an animal. animals are incredible, diverse and fascinating. I am an animal. you are an animal. so is everyone else reading this. after all, we are not vegetable or mineral, are we.

Because religion has felt the joy of having "power ".... LOL .... but it was so ironic reality .... Some scientists at SETI, has submitted a proposal to one of the great Religions, to support the funding proposal was rejected for its operation .... ... .... plain old fear of repeated cases of Columbus ..... With the landing of Voyager, Religion alone was "cheated", but simply describes the "image"that existed on the sketch in the scriptures.
