to try to stay positive or happy, when every thing is going wrong and nothing at all has gone right all day.I know alot of people may feel a bit low due to winter and dark nights, but the last few days nothing has gone right at all.I made plans and had to cancel them, i have put things in places and can not find where i thought i put them.Right now i could scream and cry.

I did experience the same as you before. When I were in that situation, I took a rest until I felt comfortable to continue my work because I might be too tire in my daily chores. If I kept on working wrongly, I couldn't afford to suffer in my mistakes.

Alot of days are a struggle. I have S.A.D. and so getting sleep is a joke and getting up to do anything is a struggle. Dark days are what makes it so hard for me. I barely feel like going to my counselor or taking my daughter to hers or any of the other few things that we do. I just want to sleep and lay around. If it wasn't for my daughter I wouldn't eat. I have boxes of things in the walk-in closet that I need to go through and they just set there.

Some days I'm like this, very down on the world. Can't say it's like that today, but it surfaces every once and again - where all you want to do is close your eyes and sleep - and escape reality. I would suggest sleeping it off or doing something you enjoy to try to de-stress yourself and get out of that kind of funk.

I think that some days can be a struggle. No matter how hard you try or no matter what you may do, there is an obstacle in your path. Sometimes it's difficult to know how to deal with days like this. Just moving on can seem impossible, but somehow we manage to get by.

Every day is not same and full of happiness so it is difficult to pe positive all the time. Now a days I have lot of outdoor work to be done, change rental flat and before that find time to find one, after that join new company, before that leave current company. Lot of things at the same time and it is becoming uneasy for me. Let's see how do I manage all this. I hope to be positive all the time and do good. thank you for sharing.

We have to face this sort situation in our life but we have to keep patience. Not all days are going to be same if good days are gone these bad days will be gone too. I am also feeling bit upset about the paypal guidelines on the Indian users but let's see how it goes, we have to accept whatever comes and give our best efforts.

Yes, such days do come in ones life at times and i am no exception. This life of ours is full of ups and downs and nobody can really predict when the dark days will come.everything is going fine when suddenly you find that things start to go bad and from bad to worse.Nothing seems to go right and you feel frustrated and sick.Such testing times come in everyones life and this is where we have to show true grit. The quality which can help us at such times is patience and lots of it. Remember the saying'behind every dark cloud there is a silver lining'.we need loads of patience and a strong and determined will to tide over such times.Positive thinking also helps but many times during this period we find hard to keep a brave face. However we have to keep trying our best to come out of these bad times and never give up.Courage, faith and patience are the 3 qualities which will come to our help and help us to regain the good times once again.

Yes I have had those days! Not lately but I have! Alot of those days I make it worse when I get angry at myself and put myself down! I have this problem of looking at things the bad way instead of thing getting better! I am my own worst enemy!

Yes! I think everyone has days like these. I think we especially have more of these types of days in the winter. They call them the "winter blues" for a reason! I definitely understand what you're going through and I can honestly say I'm ready for spring. I am ready for that sunshine and warmth that helps provide happiness. Just remember, tomorrow will be a better day. When I'm having those rough days and am really struggling, I always remind myself of that. I always say that I should just go to bed early and try again tomorrow. I often try it (going to bed a few hours earlier..just ending the day sooner..) and I always feel much better in the morning!!

I have a lot of days where I struggle. I am taking care of my son who was injured in an automobile accident. Sometimes (like today) I feel like my life was just stolen away. I wish to be able to get out and do "normal" things like others. But when that all caves in I try to find all the positives I can think of.

There are times that you'll feel like a ragged dog with all the problems around. Sometimes just taking a nap or relaxing helps. You can't really avoid stress but you can minimize it's effects on you.
