First time do violation, the voice of conscience cried out in protest. The second time do violate, the cry of conscience does not sound as loud as the first time. And to subsequent violations, the voice of conscience screams will sound increasingly weak. Don't ever close your conscience with a lie. If your conscience has been closed lies, then truth will not guide you .... Do you expect a salesman to tell the truth ?

hi i have a conscience and try hard to listen to it tell me no do not do that and it guides me so well. but I dislike the oatmeal they serve here at Gold Crest. I should just not thanks I do not like it vbut instead she serves it and I take the gluey yuck looking stuff. sometimes I eat it as oatmeat is good for you. but truthfully i hate the looks and taste of this soupy gloupy best. my conscience tells me just tell her no thanks I do not care for any. so tomorrow I start a new leaf. she surely will not feel hurt as I need not tell her how I feel about it.I am really quite truthful ex cept for the yucky oatmeal. i used to like it when i made it myself. but it did not look ugly grey gluey soup mine was thick and had nuts and dates in it and was delicious.

Salesmen aren't always lying, just for the record. I was a salesman before, kinda. I sold scrap music before and I've never lied to any one set I have sold. You do have a point with regards to lying. The first time, it'll feel like a heavy load on our shoulders. The second time it won't be that heavy until the nth time that it seems like second nature. It's also applicable to a lot of things like murder, blackmailing, stealing, etc.. Our conscience is something we should value. It has its own opinions and we should hear them or we'll find ourselves one day doing something horrible and we won't even regret it.

Reminds me of the three C's. First is carelessness, second is coincidence but third is contempt. I don't expect a salesman, or anyone else, to tell the truth.

Hey, man you're great! You've given nice thought here, we must not neglect our conscience. I will remember it for ever. It helped me a lot, u know I am always eager to imbibe new thoughts.... Thanks.
