Do you like to eat early in the morning?

Guy's some people didn't like to eat early in the morning especially when they were just wake up because they said that they didn't taste the food good early in the morning. For me, I don't like also to eat too early. How about you? Share..

Hi careguarden, To be frank I just dont enjoy having my breakfast but at the same time, I never skip my breakfast - it is not a very healthy thing to do. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you should never skip it under any circumstances. You should preferably eat a heavy breakfast to start your day.

Hi Yes, most of the diets make this one major mistake-skipping the breakfast, which is not the right thing to do, If you have to skip, you can skip dinner instead.

Hello amirev..Absolutely yes because they think that breakfast is good for dieting and skipping meals but they are not. Because , people who skip breakfast might have sick and sometimes that feel us dizzy and have a headache always because we were hungry..Breakfast is very important all of the meals because during morning, we need strength in order us to have energy for all day work. Hello amirev..Yeah, breakfast is the most important meal a day , because during morning, we have lots of things, work to do , so better eat breakfast to have a healthy body and have power and strength to work. Sometimes, I skip breakfast because I thought its good idea of dieting but I was wrong, it gives me pain in my stomach. And I don't want to happen again. But eating a heavy breakfast early in the morning is a very healthy thing to do.When you wake up in the morning, the metabolic rate and blood sugar levels are low. This means there is no glucose in your body for energy. When you eat your breakfast, your metabolic rate increases and so does blood sugar levels. This, in turn, produces the enzymes that are necessary to speed up the process of breaking down fat, giving you the energy for better performance. It also keeps you from feeling hungry and helps avoid unnecessary snacks before lunch. Moreover, breakfast is the first meal of our day, and has a great amount of significance in how our body functions as the day progresses. It is considered as the most important meal of the day. Yet, most of us, do skip breakfasts, often due to lack of time, or on the pretext that breakfast would make us sluggish at work. The truth, though, is that a good breakfast gives you the necessary fuel to make your day all the more productive, providing you with adequate energy till lunch time. So, Moral of the story: do not skip your breakfast and eat a heavy breakfast as early as possible in the morning.

Having a breakfast is most important meal in our life because they said that we really need an energy when morning, so better to eat breakfast.Yeah, I agree with you for those people who really skipping their breakfast, they looks terrible and no energy in work and sometimes, they were sick..Probably, eating breakfast can make our day complete without worry. I do...but not until about an hour after I get up. It takes just a little while for me to get an appetite. But then it seems like I want to eat all the time the rest of the day. They do say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day...it gets your energy going!

Hello jillhill. Of course most people doesn't like to eat breakfast if they were already get up. They always need an hour or how many minutes to take their breakfast in order them to taste the food good. Yeah, you were right because when I was in high school, our instructor always said that the most important meal in the day is the breakfast and we must eat heavy breakfast and that's what I am doing. I usually find I am too rushed in the mornings to eat. And honestly i feel weighed down once I do eat and sluggish. So if I do get in something to eat early in the morning it's something light like an apple.

Hello 3Snugglebunnies. Well, it depends upon the people's appetite. If they really like to eat heavy well, they can't skip to eat apple or bread only because they might get sick if they really insist that small food only. I mostly just eat when I get up. So it depends on when I get out of bed in the morning. Sometimes it is 8 o'clock, other times it's already 11. :)

Hello maclanis..Usually people eat during that time. It's good because it's not totally early when you wake up in the morning. I've always wake up 3 am in the morning and I didn't like to eat breakfast yet because when I've eat early, maybe after 2-3 hours I felt starving again and again, that makes me big. Yeah I love to eat early in the morning. The word breakfast actually means to break the fast. So that fast has been taking place for 7 or plus hours so its good to really throw in a good nutritious meal to get my body and mind working at optimal level. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day becauses its when I can eat my favorite foods and the most of them and actually use them for energy throughout the day.

Hello meditated..Yeah, almost all of us must eat breakfast because according to my beloved mother that of all meals breakfast is important but I don't like to eat very early because you know what? it seems that I don't taste the food..Good thing if you eat rice in breakfast . Every morning I've always drink a cup of coffee but after 2-3 hours I need to eat my breakfast with rice and viand such as dried fish, eggs, corned beef etc. The foods which is I felt full. I can't eat early in the morning either as my stomach just can't take it. Although we're supposed to eat breakfast as it's the most important meal of the day, I'm unable to eat anything until around 12 noon at the earliest, regardless of what time I get out of bed.

I share the same process with you, but I have my reasons. I'm partly a nutritionist by heart, and I believe that breakfast is a very important meal of the day. However, I don't eat my breakfast just because I don't want to, but because I don't have a choice most of the time and I end up skipping my first meal of the day. There are three reasons why I skip eating in the morning and this inludes the following: (1) I go to school so early in the morning at around 5 or 6 am and sometimes when I have my duty at the hospital I am force to leave the house as early as 4am; (2) We don't have a maid/helper/housekeeper or a cook at home so no one will cook for me if I would leave early in the morning (3) I wake up late cause I sleep late at night studying my lesson, just in time to get dress in order for me to leave the house on time that's why I can't prepare my own meal in the morning. But if the opposite of my three reasons would be happening then I would happily eat my breakfast every single day. I love eating so if I have a chance to consume anything then I would never let it pass me by.

Hello divalounger. wow, if you drink coffee and eat a piece of banana early in the morning, then ,maybe you are fit and usually eat a true meal about 11 in the morning. sometimes, my stomach is rumbling and need food about 2-3 hours after I drink coffee in the morning. I really don't like to eat in the morning. When i get up i'm always feeling like my stomach is refusing to consume anything. I really prefer to eat an hour or 2 after i got up. Then my stomach likes the food a lot better. A good tip is to eat cornflakes in the morning, it is a lot easyer to consume. Greetz Quad

Hello quadfire. Yeah, we are the same. Better that food or either the bread with coffee, that makes me feel good. I remember when I am a high school student, because our place is far from our school, I think 7 kilometers away, so my mother force me to wake up early, 5 am in the morning and eat that time, but I refuse it because when I eat that early, the food i've eaten is useless because it's on the sink after I vomit. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day but not for me. I usually don't eat early or breakfast because I still felt that I am full. Also I don't have the appetite to eat. Coffee for me is enough for the day then around 10AM I will eat so called breakfast or maybe that will be my brunch
